Energy efficiency as a key factor of energy security of the Republic of Belarus. pp. 20-28

Summary: The trends of changes in the energy output ratio of nominal and real GDP of the Republic of Belarus as one of the factor of ensuring of energy security is considered. It is shown that since 2001 energy output ratio of GDP has been steadily declining as a result of started restructuring of the economy, further improvement of economic and institutional mechanisms of stimulation of energy conservation, improvement of the investment climate and the attractiveness of capital investments in energy conservation, as well as the introduction of activities of the republican programs of energy conservation. The future sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus will be largely defined by the results of implementation of programs of innovative development of the Republic based on the significant expansion of the sphere of services, the introduction of modern energy-efficient technologies of fifth and sixth technological structures, as well as the modernization of power-consuming industries in order to decrease energy consumption per unit of issued output and through widespread use of the intellectual potential of science and mastering of noussphairic knowledge.

Magnetically operated relay based on two carbon nanotubes filled with endofullerenes Fe@C20. pp. 29-37

Summary: It is shown by means of semi-empirical molecular orbital calculations that Fe atom preserves its magnetic moment inside the C20 fullerene. It is established that single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) of (8, 8) type filled with Fe@C20 can be used as an active element of a relay, which is operated by external magnetic field. A scheme of the relay is proposed and the parameters of the device based on two Fe@C20@SWCNT(8, 8) are determined. The relay operates at room temperature and control magnetic field of 45 mT for the nanotube length 10 mm and the number of endofullerenes of 5000. The nanorelay can be manufactured by planar technology as a component of integrated circuit on silicon.

Diatom Flora of the Muravian Interglacial of Belarus: Systematic Composition and Ecology-Geographical Features. pp. 38-51

Summary: The systematic and ecology-geographical composition of the diatom flora has been characterized as a result of the generalization of materials of diatom investigations of the Muravian Interglacial (and preceding and following periglacial time intervals) deposits of Belarus (on 18 sites) for the first time. After revision and modern nomenclature interpretation of all systematic materials the systematic list of studied diatom flora was compiled. It illustrates diatoms diversity in 130000 years, beginning from the late glacial time interval of the Pripjat Glaciation and to the early glacial time intertval of the Poozerian Glaciation inclusive. Studied diatom flora is represented by members of 3 classes, 15 orders, 31 families, 70 genera, 548 species and infraspecific taxa. The structure of the classes is characterized. 91 taxa are new for the fossil as well as recent diatom flora of Belarus. The ecology-geographical characteristic of studied diatom flora reflects the structure of species composition with regard to environmental indexes and permits us to represent the sedimentation condition of the ancient lake. The diatom flora is characterized by on living-forms, salinity, pH and biogeographical groups of species. The diatom species features of nitrogen uptake metabolism, oxygen requirements, moisture, temperature, fluidity, trophic state during the analyses of diatom flora of Belarus (fossil and recent) were used for the first time.

Practice and prospects of the state support of subjects of managing in the Republic of Belarus. pp. 52-58

Summary: In the article are analyzed the purposes, essence, stages of formation of legal bases and the practice of the state support of subjects of managing, also are considered factorial components of a system effectiveness of the state support of the industrial enterprises. Measures on perfection about subsidizing subjects of managing in the Republic of Belarus, directed on increasing of the efficiency of the use of budgetary resources and harmonization with rules of international trade are offered. The necessity of the basic change about the rendering of the state support providing transition from individual to the program approach of subsidizing of the economy is proved.

Fungi - lipids producers: cultural and morphological characteristics and biochemical composition. pp. 59-66

Summary: The highest lipid-synthesizing activity among the 50 investigated species of fungi (47 species from Basidiomycetes and 3 - from Ascomycetes) had the fungi L. sulphureus (22,0%), C. militaris (13,0%) and F. fomentarius (9,3%). It was determined that the brown-rot fungi had a higher content of lipids in their mycelium than the white-rot fungi. The fungi synthesize a lot of phospholipids (up to 43%) which are the main components of cell membranes and ergosterol (up to 13%). The content of phospholipids was also higher in the mycelium of white-rot fungi. The investigation of the content of fatty acids of the fungi revealed the following facts: basidial fungi had a high prevalence of linoleum acid (C18:2), all the investigated fungi had a high degree of lipid unsaturation similar to food plant oils.

Peculiarities of radiation technology of power fast semiconductor devices. pp. 67-73

Summary: The results of experimental study of cyclic radiation-thermal impact on processes of accumulation and annealing of structural defects, charge carriers recombination in silicon diode p+-n-n+-structures and their electrical characteristics are presented. It is established that at multistage fluence accumulation alongside with subsequent thermotreatment being made after each irradiation stage it is possible to obtain better trade-off of static and switching parameters of power diodes as compared with traditional radiation-thermal treatment. Such devices will demonstrate better efficiency being utilized in energy saving equipment.

Dynamics of the content of products peroxidical oxidation lipids in mitochondrial fractions of a liver of rats of a line "Wistar albicans". pp. 74-81

Summary: On an example of modelling system iron(II)-askorbat-dependent peroxidical oxidations of mitochondrial fraction of rats' hepatocytes is revealed, that a maximum of antioxidizing activity of extracts of Filipendula hexapetala Gilib. corresponds to an interval of concentration 1·10-3 - 1·10-5 M, what coincides with similar to points of concentration for quercetin (1·10-3 - 1·10-4 M). In a concentration interval 1·10-5 - 1·10-8 M antioxidizing activity extractical substances, received from an elevated part studied plant, above corresponding activity quercetin. Since a concentration point 1·10-8 M extracts rendered prooxidical action on processes peroxidation mitochondrial fraction.

Effect of herbicide sethoxydim and its derivatives on kinetics of peroxydase oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine. pp. 82-98

Summary: At oxidation of tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in mixture "water - 6 % dimethylformamide" (DMF), pH 5.2 the sethoxydim activates horseradish peroxidase (HRP) by non-competitive type (KA = 20.7 mM for TMB and 7.6 mM for H2O2) and increases an operational stability of HRP, but its termostability decreases. In buffer solution, pH 8 the sethoxydim inhibits the oxidation of TMB at an initial stage, but activates the process on subsequent stage. A benzimidazol derivative of sethoxydim - 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-ethyl-6-[2-(ethylsulfanyl)propyl)]-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-benzimidazol-4-on (compound 4) in mixture water - DMF, pH 4.8 and buffer, pH 8,0 activates the peroxidase oxidation of TMB and an operational stability of HRP increases. The peroxidase oxidation of TMB in the presence of different concentration of H2O2 is characterized by an activation coefficient (a, M-1) 1.31 and 0.29 mM for sethoxydim and compound 4 accordingly. In aerosol OT reversed micelles the sethoxydim little activates the peroxidase oxidation of TMB and poorly influences on an operational stability of HRP. 2-Propyl-6-[2-(ethylsulfanyl)propyl)]-1- ethoxy-1,5,6,7- tetrahydro-4H-benzimidazol-4-on shows in this medium the higher promoted action, but its efficiency is much lower, than that in a water medium.
