Comparison of influence of tralkoxydim and fluorocontaining cyclic b,b'-triketones on catalytic activity of urease in water and reversed micelles medium. pp. 5-15
Summary: The influence of the fluorocontaining cyclic b,b'-triketones (2-(4-fluorobenzoyl)-5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (compound 2), 2-(heptafluorobutanoyl)-5,5- dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione) and the herbicide of the tralkoxydim on catalytic activity of soybeans urease in aqueous solution with 5,0% N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and reversed micelles of 200 mM aerosol OT (ÀÎÒ) in heptane containing 5,0% toluene were compared. Urease was shown the maximal activity at a hydration degree of the micelles, equal 15. DMF in water and toluene in micelles medium in concentration of 5,0% favourably influenced on the efficiency of urease hydrolysis of urea. The compound 2 reduced the efficiency of the urease process in aqueous-organic medium and reversed micelles. The inhibition of urease activity in reversed micelles at 3 mM urea at the presence of compound 2 was competitive (Ki = 42,5 mM). The character of the inhibition changed on anticompetitive at the large concentrations of urea. Fluorocompounds in aqueous solution inhibited the urease activity so effective, as well as the tralkoxydim. The inhibiting activity of fluorocompounds in AOT reversed micelles in heptane was essentially smaller, than in aqueous medium, and the tralkoxydim in general weak inhibited the urease.

Organic-silicate nanocomposites: manufacture, structure and properties. pp. 16-28
Summary: Organic-silicate dispersed nanocomposites have been obtained in aqua solutions of sodium silicate using a sol-gel technological process. The production peculiarities of nanocomposite materials are considered. The structure and physico-chemical properties of the products obtained have been studied. It has been proved that hybride nanocomposites under study display high thermal stability and can be used as functional fillers for composite materials.

Surface of natural mineral materials reactivity against cationic surfactant in acidic medium. pp. 29-35
Summary: The mineralogical composition of fine fractions of the natural mineral materials was determined by X-ray method. The surface of mineral materials reactivity at their interaction with acid solutions and acidic surfactant solutions was investigated. It was established that basic ion exchange potential of mineral materials depend on their mineralogical composition. It was shown that reactivity of analyzed mineral materials against cationic surfactant determines of presence of calciferous and magnesium-containing minerals.

Expression and silencing of heterologous transgenes cry3aM and chiA in Belarus potato cultivars. pp. 36-41
Summary: Study of transgenic potato collection, transformed with bacterial genes cry3aM from Bacillus thuringiensis and chiA from Serratia plymuthica, has shown transgene inactivation on various expression stages. The obtained results evidence the need for large-scale and multi-factor screening for transgenic plant collection to reveal transgene inactivation and silencing. However, screening of the collection has also shown a number of samples to be transgene-expressing and pathogen resistant, with a perspective for further field trials of selected genotypes.

The methods of red blood cells preparation for atomic force microscopy. pp. 42-51
Summary: The shape and the surface structure of red blood cells prepared by two different methods have been analyzed by atomic force microscopy. The first method includes a chemical fixation of the cells in suspension, their allocation on glass surface and dehydration. The second one includes an allocation of whole blood on glass surface and cell dehydration. The difference in the shape and the geometrical sizes of red blood cells prepared by different methods was revealed. The advantage in application of cell fixation for studying life-time shape and membrane skeleton of red blood cells was shown. The "holes" in plasma membrane, the disruption in cell integrity, and reorganization of cellular surface structure (in the range of temperatures of 45-55°C) were detected for red blood cells in blood smear. To use the cells without chemical fixation is advisable for studying physico-chemical properties of plasma membrane and membrane skeleton.

Use of the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase amplification for the obtaining of PCR-test systems positive control. pp. 52-61
Summary: The paper is devoted to the development and the optimization of the positive controls system of the extraction of the RNA from tissues and biological liquids. The key stages of development of the diagnostic test-systems based on the operating with RNA were underlined. The scheme of positive controls for PCR with the aim of separating of the amplification of cDNA and DNA was proposed. The specific primer pairs were designed and the optimization of amplification conditions of five fragments of the rat glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase cDNA of variable length was conducted. The received fragments of cDNA can be used as positive controls of sqPCR for RNA nativity verification within extraction from different tissues. The integration of all stages of the development of the PCR positive control was conducted and the unificated scheme of the creation of the RNA extraction positive control was elaborated. The proposed scheme allows to improve of ribonucleic acids extraction standardization process as well to avoid human biomaterials work conduction.
