Effectiveness of Penicilium funiculosoum 46.1 glucosooxidase and horseradish peroxidase polymers and copolymers in fermental analytical system for the glucose concentration determination. pp. 11-24
Summary: The conditions of phenol and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethybenzidine (TMB) oxidation catalysed by enzyme pair "glucose oxidase (GO) + horseradish peroxidase (HRP)" have been optimized. The HRP and GO of Penicillium funiculosum 46.1 polymeric products, as well as their co-polymer in free state and as adsorbed on the aluminium hydroxide gel have been odtained. The polymerisation of enzymes conducts to reduction of their a-helix share and increase of antiparallel b-structures and b-turns shares. The co-polymer HRP*-ppGO, including activated HRP and GO polymeric products, had high stability and catalytic activity. It is shown, that the polymeric products GO and HRP can be used in the enzyme analytical system for the determination of the glucose with use as chromogen substrates TMB and phenol. The co-polymer HRP*-ppGO may be perspective for use as reagent for glucose determination in biological liquids.

4-Bromo-2-nitro-1,1,3,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene and 1,3-dinitro-1,2,4,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene - the new perspective reagents in organic synthesis. pp. 25-42
Summary: The unknown before 1,3-dinitro-1,2,4,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene and 4-bromo-2-nitro-1,1,3,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene were synthesized on the base of accessible trichlorethylene dimer. The capability of the simultaneous introducing of two nitrogroups in tetrachlorobutadiene molecule was shown for the first time. The comparative systematic study of the chemical properties of 4-bromo-2-nitro-1,1,3,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene and 1,3-dinitro-1,2,4,4-tetrachloro-1,3-butadiene was carried out. The special features of behavior of nitrohalogeno vinyl groups of different types in SNVin-processes were established and a new convenient approaches for the regioselective realization of nucleophilic substitution of halogen atoms were found. New rational preparative methods for the synthesise of polyfunctional compounds of various classes (diendiamines, nitrohalogenosulfides, nitrohalogenotrienes, azolyl derivatives, heterocyclic systems with reactive side chain) were elaborated on the base of nitroperhalogenobutadienes obtained. The substances with high anti-tumor activity were found among the products synthesized. Series compounds obtained are capable to form the photosensitive thin films and are interest as new materials for microelectronics.

Structure, magnetic, electrical properties of the solid solutions based on the manganites with the ilmenite structure. pp. 43-48
Summary: Synthesis of the solid solutions of nickel Ni1-xMexMnO3 (Me = Fe, Sc, Mg, Co; 0£x£0.5) and cobalt Co(Ge0.2Mn0.8)O3 manganites with the ilmenite structure was carried out using high pressures (5 GPa) and temperatures (1000-1300°C). Their crystal structure, magnetization, electrical resistance, magnetoresistive effect were studied. It is shown that the manganites investigated are ferrimagnets with TC above the room temperature and have high electrical resistivity.

Calculation of the density of the states in the manganease pnictide Mn2Sb. pp. 49-54
Summary: Calculations of the total states density of non-magnetic and magnetic states in ferrimagnetic Mn2Sb using the augmented plane-wave method are carried out. The crystal potential is approximated as a sum of the Coulomb and the exchange potentials. The Coulomb potential is built using Hartree-Fock wave functions of the valence electrons of crystal atoms. The exchange potential is got using the Slater's method.

Postradiation (posttherapeutic) pulmonitis: new approaches to multimodalily treatment. pp. 59-69
Summary: Administration of the new medicamental complex (sodium nucleinate, neorondex, bien, uglesorb) for postradiation pulmonitis management enabled to achieve subjective effect in 95±5% of patients and radiologically established positive objective effect in 91±6%, whereas with the conventional options of treatment these values were 64±9% and 68±9% respectively. The benefit is confirmed by laboratory findings: a lower level of endogenous intoxication, reduction in nonspecific cellular blood reactivity, enhancing of the effector components of immunity, increasing functional activity of transport blood systems.

The problem of recovery of the control system for circadian body rhythms during destruction of brainstem neurons. pp. 70-76
Summary: The problem of the control of circadian body rhythms in conditions of disturbed functioning of brainstem neuronal populations is discussed. Failures in the work of brain neurons may be caused by posttraumatic destructive processes, hemorrhages, ischemic states, degenerations in the nervous system. One of the little studied consequences of dysfunctional manifestations in the brainstem is dysregulation of the control system for periodic processes, whose relay echelons are still poorly studied. Our findings are compared with the clinical evidence. The analysis demonstrated the key role of ventral locus coeruleus (subcoeruleus) neurons in the functioning of the central control of circadian rhythms in the organism. It was shown that within two-three weeks after experimental destruction by neurotoxin of subcoeruleus neurons there develops a disorder of the circadian control of arterial pressure and nociceptive responses. The facts are a basis for prognosis of the consequences of destructive events in the brainstem, accompanied by disturbances in the control of periodic processes such as generation of the respiratory rhythm, formation of rhythmic processes in the brain reticular formation, alternation of "fast" and "slow" phases of sleep, and regulation of circadian rhythms.

Some features of mechanical oscillatory systems with two degrees of freedom. pp. 77-85
Summary: It is submitted technique for researching the complex dynamic systems with the help of consecutive application of differential operators. It allows to lower toilful mathematical calculations, to replace system of two connected differential equations of the second order with two linear non-uniform differential equations of 4-th order independent from each other with constant factors, to establish laws of influence of physical parameters on dynamic properties of mechanical system as simple analytical formulas, and it is the general method for studying of movements passive vibroisolation shock-absorbers of their stability. It is can be distributed on others linear or linearising mechanical oscillatory systems of higher orders.
