Carbododecahedron and possible path of fullerenes and carbon nanotubes formation in arc discharge plasma. pp. 18-36
Summary: The review of the authors' works on quantum-chemical computations of structure and reactions between carbon clusters, leading to fullerenes and carbon nanotubes formation in carbon arc discharge plasma is presented. On the ground of computations and analysis of known experimental data the model of the earlier stages of fullerenes and carbon nanotubes formation via coalescence of rings C10 and stars C*10 (the new isomer of ten carbon atoms, found by authors) is proposed and substantiated. The main intermediate in this model is carbododecahedron C20. The highly charged fullerene C60 fission with the emission of C2+20 and the structure of C20+10n barrelenes, composed of rings C10, are also considered.

Application of integral parameters of energy metabolism for prediction of fiber flax selective value. pp. 37-49
Summary: The paper concerns the analysis of genetic variation and estimation of the selective pressure degree on the level of bioenergy equivalents involved in the control of the functioning activity of individual metabolism links at the initial ontogenesis stages of fiber flax cultivars. The fiber flax cultivars with different breeding usefulness were shown to display heterogeneity in the activity of energy metabolism reactions already at the initial ontogenesis stages. A positive correlation was revealed between ATP, NADPH and NADH content in the studied fiber flax cultivars at the initial ontogenesis stages and the fiber weight per plants grown under field conditions. The results obtained indicate the prospects of using the parameters under investigation for evaluating the breeding material for productivity.

The experimental detection of the phenomenon of forced changing of lithium nuclei charge by their collision with fast neutrons. pp. 50-62
Summary: A cross-section of new phenomenon - changing of electrical charge of nuclei due to their collisions with fast neutrons has been experimentally measured. There has been described the experiment on detection of 73Li®74Be process. The measured cross-section of 7Li nucleus charge altering process by its collision with fast neutrons with energy of 2.5 MeV is about 1.6×10-31 cm2. The relative error of estimated cross-section is 0.23. In the course of the experiment the evaluation of secondary reactions contribution into formation of 7Be nuclei has been performed.

Summary: 3- Alkyl-6,7- dihydro-5H-benzo[d]izoxazol-4-ones and 3-alkyl-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-phenylindazol-4-ones ware synthesized from b-triketones, hydroxylamine or phenylhydrazine accordingly.

Influence of absorptive impurity on lasing in microparticle. pp. 70-73
Summary: It is obtained, that below the first threshold of lasing two bimode steady states are in spherical microparticle on morphology dependent resonances of different orders. The area of realization of bistability depends on the value of absorption of microspherical material that may be used for detection of weak absorption impurities.

The peculiarities of planar Hall effect for permalloy thin films. pp. 74-84
Summary: The peculiarities of planar Hall effect have been studied for permalloy thin films manufactured in substrate plane as magnetic-isotropic ones and magnetic-anisotropic ones with single-axis or single-directed anisotropy. The possibility of film magnetic characteristics determination by means of galvanomagnetic measurements is considered. The processes of magnetic accommodation of planar Hall electromotive force are established.

Genetic mechanisms of morphogenesis - from developmental genetics to functional genomics. pp. 91-97
Summary: Results of investigations on genetic mechanisms of plant morphogenesis carried out at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology at NASB are summarized in the paper. The most important results are distinguished. A special attention is paid to studying the role of nuclear-cytoplasmic interactions in genetic control of morphogenetic processes under natural conditions and under in vitro cell and tissue culture conditions. The main stages of the investigations underlying a new scientific trend - functional genomics of morphogenesis are traced.
