The influence of ultrasound on phase transformations in TiNi alloys. pp. 109-127

Summary: The object of research was TiNi alloys possessing the shape memory effect, with their composition being close to the equiatomic one. The subject of research was behavior of these materials in the conditions of influence of ultrasonic vibrations of low frequency. The aim of the work was to determine major laws of deformation behavior of TiNi with the shape memory, during ultrasonic influence. For the first time, it is discovered the initiation of the shape memory effect in TiNi alloys only due to the energy of ultrasonic vibrations and also an abnormal behavior of phase yield strength in TiNi during ultrasonic influence which reveals itself in the growth of stress of material flow. It is shown that the influence of ultrasonic vibrations causes generation of reactive mechanical stresses and new methods of initiating the shape memory effect and generating reactive stresses in shape memory alloys only due to the energy of ultrasonic vibrations are offered. The results can be used to design new executing devices due to ultrasound energy, these devices requiring the one-way access to a body made from the shape memory material.

Formation of conceptional principles of provision of economic security of the Republic of Belarus production system. pp. 128-136

Summary: The problem of formation of national production system's protective outline as applied to the conditions of economic growth stages has been examined. On the basis of provisions of technological modes concept a scientific idea on economic security bounds has been put forward. The peculiarities of development of Republic of Belarus industrial complex has been identified, which caused the necessity to set up new approaches to conceptional framing of the system of protection of national economic interests.

Chiari osteotomy in system of cure displasia coxartrosis in adults. pp. 137-140

Summary: There are studied 274 patients ill with displasia coxartrosis. Few techniques of Chiari osteotomy are demonstrated. There is pointed an important role and place that Chiari osteotomy plays in cure of hip joint.
