Forest exploitation rights as legal relationships. pp. 17--24

Summary: The comprehensive academic research into the structure of forest usage legal relationships was undertaken. In particular the legal status of juridical persons keeping forestry was analyzed. The specific attention was given to charges of forest users directed to the forest wise-use and conservation of natural resources. The analysis of modern forestry legislation of the Republic of Belarus has been represented there along with specific proposals to improve it.

Summary: The social importance of the law in modern conditions was analyzed from the side of this phenomenon correlation with common social values. The justice, equality, freedom ideas influence on the law is considered as a regulator of public relations along with the law impact to existing views of the justice, equality, freedom. The impact of social values on the process of legal consciousness formation at the current stage of Belarusian society development has been shown.

The influence of competition on the distribution of industrial goods. pp. 30--35

Summary: It has been shown that success of industrial finished product competition on the modern goods market is determined by strategic factors of success and by enterprise's potential. At the same time effective transformation of the named success potential into the market advantage is impossible without formation of effective logistic system for finished product distribution at the enterprise. It has been proved that the finished product distribution orientation to consumer solvent demand is the basis of the modern industrial enterprise functioning. First of all it is achieved due to successful sales of products in competitive environment by means of the correct distribution strategy and optimal system of the industrial enterprise finished product distribution (logistic channels).

Designing of the debut eurobond issue in the Republic of Belarus. pp. 36--41

Summary: This article examines the procedure of the eurobond issue key parameters formation directed to the cheapest distribution organisation. Towards this end the industrial potential of key fields of the Belarusian industry is analysed. It helps to find the most perspective for finances receiving fields by means of the sovereign international securities disposal.

Theories and models of modern economics conjuncture. pp. 42--51

Summary: Modern models of conjuncture are worked out within the framework of New Keynesian theory of open economy. At the current stage of economic thought this theory is the evolution step of the conjuncture theory development and it sums up achievements of previous theories and directions. Modern models of open-economy conjuncture are the three-component models of economic system which define and describe a) sources of conjuncture fluctuations, b) the transmission mechanism of these fluctuations into the open economy, c) endogenous mechanisms both of propagation and strengthening/weakening of international fluctuations and inner shocks. Methodologically modern models are constructed on the base of following principles: considering of the market mechanism as non-perfect and structural microeconomic analysis of economic system and its dynamics.

HISTORY

The prefire (mechanical) artillery in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the end of XIV-XV centuries. pp. 52--53

Summary: In the article the prefire (mechanical) artillery used in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the end of XIV-XV centuries is being considered. Criteria of the prefire artillery classification are showed there. It is noted that in the considered period arm sling ("baroballistic") machines were used in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, particularly machines with a mobile counterweight (named in east Slavonic - "poroki" and in German - "bliden"). Presumably large heavy crossbows were used also. The prefire artillery usage could be traced till thirties of the XV century.

The economy of Belarus in the period of reconstruction in 1946-1950 years. pp. 54--61

Summary: The process of recovery of BSSR economy in post-war period 1946-1950 is examined in the article. The author makes a comparative analysis of the speed and level of the economic development of Belarus and leading capitalist countries that also suffered in the WW II.

The demographic structure of Belarusian population after the census of 1897. pp. 62--68

Summary: The social-demographical dynamics of Belarusian lands has been investigated in the context of census of the 1897. The article contains an analysis of the most characteristic demographical model of the population structures. The most essential points of correlation and mutual influence of different demographical and historical forms of Belarusian society are examined, too.

The Belarusian Tatars' manuscripts in the period from the end of XVI century up to the XX century: the source study analysis. pp. 69--75

Summary: Arabian graphic manuscripts of the end of XVI to the XX century are considered as a source for the Belarusian Tatars culture studies. Theology and relating to folk culture texts are investigated. The author notes the interaction of Tatars' Muslims culture and Christians culture of Belarus become appeared in manuscript books of Belarusian Tatars.

The image of Raven in the folklore heritage of Belarusian people: typical and special features. pp. 76--82

Summary: The article touches upon the image of raven which is the one of ancient characters of Belarusian traditional mythology and folklore from the position of functionality in different genres of spoken poetic Belarusian arts as well as in beliefs of other Indo-European peoples.

Evolution of the scenic word in the historical context. pp. 83--90

Summary: This article is about main phases of the scenic word development in the history of European Theatre. The author gives the special attention to problems of the professional scenic word school forming and establishment at the Belarusian Drama Theatre.

Myachikava I. I.
The symbol of six-pointed star in Indo-European archaeological cultures (structural retrospective analysis). pp. 91--94

Summary: Structural retrospective analysis of the one of most used in Indo-European archaeological cultures graphical symbol of six-radial star has been done. It is shown that some Trojan six-part symbolic configurations were source signs for the origin of this symbol. Trojan configurations symbolize in graphical form the junction of controversial entities into the one harmonious formation. It is shown that this motive came upon Slavic cultures from Etruscan culture by means of the six-pointed star.

Mikulich N. V.
Spiritual-art search of West Belarusian priest-poets. pp. 95--102

Summary: The peculiarities of ideological and aesthetic search of West Belarusian priest-poets such as I.Bylina, K.Svoyak and V.Advazhnyi are investigated in the article. Their spiritual and philosophic fullness along with the civil and patriotic matter and their relationship with actual social problems as well as antagonisms of reality are exposed there.

Shadurski M. I.
The concepts of death and immortality in A. Huxley's Utopian Novel "Island". pp. 103--111

Summary: The fictional elaboration of the antinomous concepts of death and immortality in the English Utopian novel ensures absolutizing the eternity of the socio-political ideal and optimizing the human victory over time. The initial aspiration for overcoming man's ultimate humiliation by death through the spiritual exit into immortality characterizes the development of Aldous Huxley's views on the world and its evaluation. The writer's final Utopian novel "Island" manifestly explicates the precepts of the perennial philosophy, conducive to reconciling the originally antinomous concepts of death and immortality.

LINGUISTICS

Budzko I. V.
To the question of Belarusian redaction of the Church Slavonic language. pp. 112--118

Summary: The article is devoted to the analysis of the Church Slavonic language heritage originated on Belarusian lands in the Middle Ages. The differentiation of such definitions as exasperate, editing and hybrid text has been made. The methodological difference of the applicable historian-linguistic terminology is shown on examples of Turov and Drutsk Gospel's texts as well as Francis Skoryna's "Apostle".

Kuznechik A. A.
The category of aspect conception method in the M. V. Lomonosov's "Russian grammar". pp. 119--123

Summary: The Lomonosov's doctrine of verbal tenses is considered. The author notes that Lomonosov has not mark out the category of an aspect in the grammar. However Lomonosov would know the aspectual pair offered by Czech grammars in XVII-XVIII centuries. It is supposed that Lomonosov had his own concept of the category of aspect. Also the author has noted the importance of archaism presence in the Lomonosov's grammar.
