Summary: The specificity and the principles of social communication which underlie dialogical forms of social relations are studied in the article. The discursive meaning of social information and the role of communicative situation in its perception and use are also shown.

Primary entities and ontological choice. pp. 10--16
Summary: Fundamental philosophical problems of interaction of human existence (in its finite individual and collective manifestations) and ontological grounds of the world are discussed. The comparison of creative freedom of the man in natural and artificial (virtual) spaces (according to A. Poincare and P. Florenskiy) is performed out. The author traces the dependence of a choice and a spectrum of human world changes upon of primary entities (embodiment, location, culture and language). It is pointed out the impossibility of creating any universal artificial world without reducing human ontological and creative potential and the inevitable conflict of quasi-bodiness of the virtual world and bodiness of local cultures.

Social-ethical problems in theological concept of Paul Tillich. pp. 17--21
Summary: The article analyzes one of the most important doctrines of modern protestant theology -- ethical concept of well-know German theologian and philosopher P. Tillich. He postulated an original theory correlating culture, Christianity and morals. The subject of the article is descriptions of essence and importance of social-ethical problems of "theology of culture". P. Tillich is inspired by an ethical idealism, preaching good as a right relation between God and man. The main role in this process is played by religious principles of the culture.

Cultural demography. pp. 22--33
Summary: The article grounds necessity and theoretically legitimizes a new branch of science, emerging at interphase of culturology and sociology, -- cultural demography. Problems of a new methodological discourse, revealing stable correlations between cultural and demographical indexes and processes are considered. In most general perspective the article describes possibilities and directions of further scientific-systematic elaboration of cultural demography.

Summary: Some aspects of constitutional legal status of the President of Belarus are under consideration. Functions of presidential activity -- arbitral, supervising, representative -- are investigated in the article. Summary: The article is devoted to the problems of internationally wrongful act consequences for olligation breached and means of its elimination.

Some aspects of marketing contacts in agricultural sector. pp. 41--46
Summary: The problems related to contracts marketing agricultural products are debated. Analysis of legislative acts and special juristic literature revealed specific characteristics of these contracts: first, legal restrictions in choosing commercial partners and secondly, state orders for agroproduce supply envisage special sequence and procedure of signing respective contracts.

Multidimensional classification of labour resource parameters based on Kolmogorov--Smirnov method. pp. 47--50
Summary: The paper presents new approach to cluster analysis based on interpretation of labour resource parameters as a statistical sample using Kolmogorov--Smirnov method. Results of parameter cluster grouping may be applied to optimize algorithm and reduce costs of supply-demand prognostication at labour market.

Summary: The attempt of carrying out the comparative analysis of new and traditional documents concerning the state of manufacturing enterprises in Belarus during the Nazi occupation of 1941--1944 is undertaken.

Merchants and joint stock companies in Belarus (60s of XIX century -- early XX century). pp. 57--61
Summary: Participation of Belarusian trade capital in foundation and management of stock companies in the period encompassing the sixties of XIX century to beginning of XX century is analyzed. The facts supports the conclusion that in banking business, wood-processing, food, glass industries Belarusian merchants were major share holders and led governing bodies. The activity of local merchants as authorized commercial agents of Russian and other foreign firms is discussed.

National policy during Nazi occupation of Belarus in 1941--1944. pp. 62--67
Summary: The main aim of the research is the problem of national relations at the territory of Belarus during the Word War II. Social, cultural and ethnic aspects of national policy of invaders are closely connected with the character of national relations. Belarussian -- Polish contradictions were used by the Fascist regime for struggle against the Polish movement of resistance. The Belarussiain collaborators were engaged in propaganda of Belarussian nationalism among popution in the central part of Belarus. This propaganda was profitable for Fascist authorities in the struggle against the Resistance (partisan movement). So, national policy of the Fascist invaders sharped the national tension at the territory of Belarus.

Poetics of mute Belarusian cinema. pp. 68--73
Summary: Belarusian cinema of the mute period developed in a context of achievements of the Russian and world cinematography, but at the same time, has revealed the specific features of national mentality embodied in plastic film images. Domination of a lyrical intonation, sympatgy for a person, propensity to melodramatic vision, preservation of folklore elements and archetype style of thinking draws the Belarusian cinema of the mute period closer to traditional national culture.

Interaction of state and culture. pp. 74--79
Summary: On the way of interaction of the state and culture, during their permanent correlation many tendencies occur. Vectors of these trends may be congruent and diverse, they may harmonize the cooperation of the state and culture and aggravate their relationships.
These processes become more evident at the crucial point of the state development. The dialectical analysis of the problem allows to determine actions, essential for a person, for the society and for the state -- three main creators of culture.
There is a contradiction between state administration of culture and its spontaneous development. This contradiction is a specific phenomenon of state regulation of culture nowadays and cultural spontaneous development is one of the ways to demonstrate vital activity of the people.

Objective approach in constructing attributive author reference. pp. 88--93
Summary: Mathematical theory of pattern recognition has been applied to solve the problem of author attribution of the fiction work. The text itself has been treated as an object of complicated multilevel structure. The approach envisages separation of signs based on their information load and enables to construct the author's standard in multidimensional sign space.

Autobiographical prose as a multigenre category. pp. 94--101
Summary: The article is focused on genre typology of autobiographic works. Classification principles based on specific genre characteristics are formulated for memoirs, autobiographies, diaries, epistolary pieces, essays, notes, notebooks as most popular autobiographic forms.
Major theoretical aspects underlying conception of modern autobiographic prose are analyzed.

Summary: In this article sensible delimitation of terms "phraseology of dialect language" and "dialect phraseology" is carried out, categories of phraseological dialect words are distinguished.

Semantic characteristics of derivative words. pp. 107--113
Summary: The article is focused on problems relevant for derivation theory: identification and classification of words able to act as derivatives, discrimination of derivates and non-derivates as communication equivalents of derived verbal nominations, formal and semantic interaction of lexical units at related levels (morphemes, words, phrases).

Problem of information capacity and coprehension in publications. pp. 114--120
Summary: Some methods to evaluate text semantic load have been tried. Comprehension tests for printed material have been proposed. Main linguistic parameters reflecting complexity and readability of the text (vocabulary, sentence composition, conceptual saturation, attractive topic) are discussed. Similar experiments of US colleagues are compared.
