The State of Natural Environment of Belarus. Ecological Bulletin

Aims and Scope:
The annual bulletin of ecological monitoring entitled "The State of Natural Environment of Belarus" publishes the estimations of a current level of Belarus' natural environment contamination. The aim of the Bulletin is to improve the maintenance of the ecological information and realize in practice the results of research works carried out within the framework of the State Scientific-Technological Program "The Ecological Safety". The issues of the Ecological Bulletin contain the systematized information on state of natural environment of the Republic of Belarus in the current year. The various characteristics of natural resources and the level their contamination are also considered. At preparation of the bulletin the literary sources and share materials of various institutions of Belarus were used.

The Bulletin is prepared and published by the Institute for Problems of Natural Resources Use and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus jointly with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus. Its first issue was published in 1993.
