Summary: Use of contract system for employment is one of possible solutions to deal with the problems of remuneration system for management personnel regulation and with its fixing in the agricultural organizations. The current procedure and the conditions for determining salaries of managers, professionals as well as the directions for improving the wage system are discussed in the article. It is proposed to fix the guaranteed minimum wage, the introduction of additional royalties from sales and use bonus plan for managers and senior staff in the article.

Summary: Effective functioning of the large grocery companies probably under condition of occurrence in it of all enterprises involved in a uniform technological chain. It is caused by that synergeia the effect arises only at complex interaction of participants - subjects of integration. At definition of efficiency of the integrated structures revealing of additional benefit which is created by interaction of separate subjects of integration in the course of joint activity, that is an estimation synergeia effect, at which total return of industrial-resource potential above, than the sum of indicators of return on each participant separately without advantages of use of the general resources and complementarity has the special importance. The given researches are directed on creation of a technique of revealing accessible in use and estimations synergeia effect from joint functioning of participants of agroindustrial formations and, hence, a substantiation of expediency of their creation and the further functioning.

Methodical Recommendation on Definition of Effectiveness of Intellectual Property Objects in Crop. pp. 27-31

Summary: With the transition of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus to a market economy the use of intellectual property takes a new meaning. Appears new sector of economy where the goods are presented as the rights for the intellectual activity of researchers and practitioners that is said to be intellectual property. Appears new opportunities to get profit from the use of products of intellectual labor rights. One of problems of use of intellectual property is definition of economic essence of selection achievement and a way of its effective application. The offered technique allows to settle an invoice economic efficiency from introduction of a new hybrid in manufacture. It includes calculation of the additional net profit taking into account productivity, quality indicators, preproduction costs on introduction, expenses on gathering and a preprocessing and creation of a new grade.

Summary: The article discusses economical efficiency of field vegetables production on agriculture enterprises. There have been discovered factors and conditions that predetermine production efficiency. Quantitative evaluation of distinguished factors of sales profitability increase has been given in the article. There have been formulated suggestions on achievement of appropriate level of economical efficiency by traditional means as well as by means of organic agriculture.

Summary: Belarusian system of safety assurance of animal product should take into account the requirements of the world market. Globalization of the world market and export orientation of the animal husbandry are the reasons of such situation. The basic problems and lacks of the mechanism of the Belarusian veterinary service are shown in article. Priority directions of perfection of such mechanism take into account recommendations of the international organizations and European Union's experts. It will allow to increase the export of live animals and animal products.
