Summary: The article justified and set out guidelines for the harmonization of industrial and institutional infrastructure of agro-industrial complex in order to create real sources of agrarian enterprise value-added growth through the provision of rights to all agricultural enterprises to engage in agro-ecosystems, agriculture and tourism, a major agricultural enterprises (PUE, Ltd., ARC SC, etc.) use the grants to unemployed for one's own business in the 15 minimum subsistence budget for able-bodied people to acquire the assets of active to create jobs and fill it by hiring unemployed, living in rural communities, to modernize the payment of income tax for workers in rural enterprises in order to equalize incomes of rural enterprises and employees of other spheres of national economy.

Summary: In article the optimum sizes of industrial divisions of the agricultural organizations are proved. The quantity of industrial divisions the most prevailing in the agricultural organizations of republic is established. The mechanism of a substantiation of the optimum sizes of industrial divisions taking into account territorial conditions, by comparison of the specific industrial expenses increasing and decreasing with change of the area of land tenure is opened. The economic-mathematical model of optimization of the sizes of land tenure of industrial division is developed. Models of an establishment of the optimum sizes of industrial divisions based on the economic centers and the central manors of economy are resulted. The optimum sizes of industrial divisions with the economic centers and based on the central manors of economy for various territorial and industrial conditions are calculated. The received optimum sizes of industrial divisions are analyzed taking into account change of a configuration of land tenure and ploughing of territories.

Foreign trade of agricultural and food products of Belarus with the countries of EurAsEC: the main characteristics. pp. 57-63
Summary: The article is about research results of foreign trade tendencies of agricultural and food products of Belarus on the markets of the countries of EurAsEC during 2001-2007. The research shows that the above mentioned partners are highly dependent in trade on each other, with the leading position of Russia. In theme an while, the development of trade with these countries is crucial for the economic progress of agricultural and food sector of Belarus and it is favorable for foreign currencies inflow. In the trade flows the inter-branch type of trade is dominant, which is explained by comparative advantages of Belarus. The increase of concentration of export structure was noticed, with high positions of meat and milk products. In general, the development of foreign trade relations of Belarus with the countries of EurAsEC is the factor which stimulates further cooperation between these countries.
