Technique of substantiation of perspective volumes manufacture and placing of grain corn crops in the Republic of Belarus. pp. 16-23

Summary: The article presents the technique of substantiation of perspective volumes of production and placing of crops of corn on grain in the Republic of Belarus. The given technique on the basis of specification of purposes, problems and principles of branch' development allows to calculate a rational level of production of corn on grain and optimize placing of its crops on areas. It considers requirement of animal industries in fodder, level of industrial-resource potential of various regions of the republic, reserves of reduction of expenses for the corn cultivation and also advantages of the given crop on productivity indicators in comparison with others grain in separate areas of the republic. Calculations on the technique have allowed to establish that it is expedient to expand corn crops on grain to 230 thousand in hectares to 2010 attached to the optimization of structure of mixed fodders. Thus total gathering at the level of 1,4 million t will allow to balance internal market and satisfy requirement of animal industries in the corn fodder. The economic benefit at achievement of the established parameters will make 20,5 million dollars.

Management property investment asset of bakery enterprise. pp. 24-30

Summary: In this article is expounded economic ground of important management the investment capital of bakery enterprise in the conditions of active conducted presently in industry of modernization and reconstruction of operating production, to consider substantive provisions of management a property investment asset and possibility of their practical application. The positive sides of the use of property asset are marked, formulated and systematized factors, negatively affecting forming of own investment resources of enterprise. In the article control system by the property investment asset of enterprise is offered with the use of coefficient of attainable growth. An author is offer conceptually the new going near the question of management the property investment asset of enterprise from position of growth of economic value added. The calculation of growth of economic value added is produced for a concrete enterprise, on the basis of what was to give comparative description actual and optimum economic of value added of enterprise.

Prognostication of production of starch volume in RUE "Tolochinskiy cannery". pp. 31-38

Summary: In the article the analysis of seasonal vibrations of rows of intraannual dynamics of production of starch volume is conducted in RUE "Tolochinskiy cannery" on months for 2005-2007. For an exposure and measuring of seasonal vibrations the method of construction of "seasonal wave" and harmonic analysis is used. The model of seasonal wave of production of starch in the intraannual loop is presented the expected monthly indexes of seasonality. The months of maximal and minimum issue are exposed. As a result of design of dynamic row decomposition of his levels is got on a multiplicative model (trend, cyclic (periodic), casual vibrations). On the basis of trend of annual production and shaken of row the prognosis of production of starch volume is carried out on months on 2008. By the method of accordions of Fourier the complete models of dynamics of production of starch volume are built taking into account a trend and recurrence (with one, two, three and by four accordions). It is set that by the best appearance an initial temporal row is described by equalization with two accordions, which can be used for prognostication of dynamics with seasonal vibrations.

Summary: The innovation development of an agricultural production guesses continuous perfecting of normative base, that, in turn, promotes increase of a volume of information and data array, the processing which one requires not only application of computer technologies, but also implantation of an integrated automation of book keeping. The automatic management systems of firm, including diverse subsystems, require application of appropriate computer technologies, the choice which one is carried out on the basis of the analysis. In the article the principles and algorithm are considered necessity of realization of such analysis, its essence. The technologies differ by a set of base resources, which one can not be changed at an implementation of decisions that predetermines a correctness of matching of systems basing only on identical platforms. Author analyzes computer technologies which have been used in automatic systems of business accounting in agriculture produced in Russia (platform "1С: Enterprise") and Belarus (platform "Gedymin").
