The principles of organization of the secondary market of agricultural machinery. pp. 19-22

Summary: In article distinctive features are revealed, and also the scientific estimation is given to existing treatments of concept "the secondary market of agricultural machinery". On the basis of this definition of the secondary market of agricultural machinery with reference to the present stage of development of agrarian and industrial complex of Belarus is developed and presented. Its basic difference from existing consists that it is beyond interpretation of the market as set of mutual relations on sale and purchase of the second-hand and restored machines, and in addition includes not all services of technical service, and only those which cost is incorporated in the price of the second-hand or restored machine. Alongside with this the role and a place of the market of means in the system of agriculture adequate to new economic conditions are scientifically proved. Besides characteristic attributes inherent in the market of second-hand means of mechanization for village, and also - main principles of its formation, effective functioning and development which can form initial base for the decision of concrete applied problems on a uniform theoretical and methodological basis are established.

Optimization of capital structure of bread baking enterprise in the period of investment activity. pp. 27-33

Summary: In the article the economic substantiation of necessity of optimization of structure of the capital of the baking enterprise in conditions of actively spent now modernization and reconstruction of working manufacture is stated, the basic theories of optimization of structure of the capital and opportunity of their practical application are considered. The positive conditions of attraction of the extra capital are marked, are formulated and the factors the enterprises, negatively influencing investment policy are systematized. In clause two positions of an estimation of an effective parity of structure of the own and extra capital are designed: in conditions of the idealized market and in view of the taxation and risk repay of extra means. The author offers the approach to a question of optimization of structure of the capital from a position maximum of cost of the enterprise. The account of optimum structure of the capital for the concrete enterprise is made, on the basis of that the comparative characteristic of actual and optimum structure of the capital from a position of growth of the expected profit was given.

The raise of the efficiency of the trade activity in the agricultural settlements. pp. 34-40

Summary: In terms of the realization of the government's program concerning the revival and development of the village for 2005-2010 years the level of sales service in the country causes certain interest. As it is known, it is the system of consumer cooperatives that does servicing for the greater part of the rural population in the republic of Belarus. Every year agricultural settlements, comfortable country settlements, new types of country settlements based on major central farms are created. One of the main goals set by the government's program is to raise the efficiency of the work of organizations pertaining to consumer cooperatives for sales service of the rural population. The article shows the efficiency of the trade activity in agricultural settlements in Vitebsk region on the example of consumer cooperatives' trade units. The efficiency analysis was carried on the basis of two aspects: social and economical. To calculate the integrated effectiveness index concrete figures of trade units for 2006 year were used. The presumptive index of the socio economical efficiency of the trade activity is worked out with the help of the matrix approach. As a result the rating of the trade shops in different places was defined. A lot of attention is paid to determining the competitive advantages of different shops and negative moments in servicing the rural population.

Consist and perspectives development agriculture and farmers of Lithuania in the consist European Union. pp. 41-47

Summary: In article is considered condition and prospects of the development farming and household facilities Lithuanian Republic in context of the whole agriculture, are shown to particularities and prospects of the further improvement to activity them in composition of the European Union. The agriculture of the Lithuania is one of the priority branches of the economy of the country. On its share happens to beside 5% gross internal product, but cost of the export agricultural and food-stuffs forms nearly 15% from the whole cost of the export in republic. The main producer to agricultural product in Lithuania emerge farming and household facilities, which is produced before 80% grain, 65% sugar beet, 70% rape, 99% vegetables and potatoes, 80% milk and 40% meat of the live-stock and birds. Together with that, the number smol household facilities since each year decreases, but farming facilities - increases. The primary tasks of the development of the agriculture and farming the Lithuania are concluded in increasing of efficiency of the traditional branches on base of the introduction new technology, increase to specialization and concentrations production, developments of the cooperation farming facilities, expansion no tradition providence and directions to activity.
