Summary: The article concerns the analysis of economic efficiency of cultivating 19 apple cultivars. The cultivars were bred at the Institute for Fruit Growing of the NAS of Belarus. The scab resistant cultivars had recoupment term of capital investment from 0.8 to 1.0 years due to cutting down the expenses on disease protection, early fruitfulness and high productivity. In 2005 the cultivars "Byelorusskoye sladkoye", "Imant" and "Nadzeyny" were included into the State registry of cultivars, trees and shrubs sorts of the Republic of Belarus.

Summary: It is investigated the regional dairy market and influence of its steady development on effective functioning of the rural territories. There are allocated the basic social, economic and industrial problems of development of the regional dairy market which decision defines the opportunities of the multifunctional of development of the rural territories. The article presents the analysis of institutional structure of dairy farming and the basic channels of milk realization. The basic manufacturers in the dairy market are the agricultural enterprises. The share of the agricultural enterprises in structure of dairy farming is grows, while the share of domestic facilities is reduced. As a result of the carried out re-structuring of the milk processing enterprises the structure of processing of milk has been considerably changed. An essential change in structure of manufacture of dairy raw material of the agricultural enterprises has not taken place.

Summary: In the article the problem of evaluation of the diversity's degree is investigated. The vitality of the problem is proved by growing interest of industrial enterprises towards it. While working out its own strategy every diversified organization it must determine the correlation between the degree of diversity and the degree of organization's efficiency. It is important to choose suitable level of diversity. In order to solve this problem it is necessary to choose an effective system of evaluation of organization's degree of diversity, that allows to take into consideration the influence of diversity processes on three main levels: on the level of branch, the kind of business, commodity. In the capacity of such system the author suggests to use three-level system of evaluation of diversity's degree. The choice is based on the facts that this system can satisfy all needs necessary for the system of evaluation and that it has some advantages in the comparison with existing methods of evaluation of organization's degree of diversity.

Summary: The article considers one of the variants of forecasting separate components of the labor marker - forecasting of the personnel policy of the region on the basis of the forecast of development of the branches of economy, for which proceeding from annual number of the personnel on branch within several years and dynamics of the volume's change of the manufacture and the dependence between the level of production and the personnel, necessary for it. On the basis of the given forecast it is possible to define "favourable" and "adverse" branches for development, and also the prospect of need in a manpower on the concrete branches of a national economy. The given forecast of development of the regional market of work can be oriented on the activity for maximum and average professional educational institutions, centres of employment, personnel agencies and personnel services of the enterprise.
