Summary: The article considers the theoretical aspects of the management the innovations activity in creation and production of agricultural technique. The subject of studying is the management system of generation, using of innovations in the agricultural complex of the Republic of Belarus. In the article is made the analyze of programs for creation of technique, are studding the possibility of development of the competitive agriculture technique market on the base of home-produced elaborations, and given the proposals of technical modernization of agriculture on the basis of innovation agriculture processes, creating the innovations infrastructure, including science-practical centers, agrotechnoparks, innovations science-productions holdings.

Summary: The strategy of economic growth of the Republic of Belarus is closely tied up to activisation of investment processes and effectiveness of their regulation. The conducted analysis of national bread production development highlights the importance of state regulation of investments into the enterprises of bread production. Investments in the sphere of bread products are directed to solution of both short-term and long-term goals: creation of new production facilities, modernisation and technical reequipment of the present potential of enterprises, development and implementation of new kinds of bread products, replenish of own turnaround means. With this purpose the methods of regulation of the process of investments are specified, and also allocated the most actual of them. As a result the basic directions of regulation of the investment activity were developed, that will allow to solve the problem of shortage of investments resources and will provide sustainable development of bread production in the republic.

Summary: The uniform agricultural tax is widely applied in Belarus, the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The basic condition for transition of manufacturers to payment of the uniform tax is densities of proceeds from the realization made by them of agricultural production. Payers of this kind of the tax are manufacturers of agricultural raw material for a process industry on which controlled prices are established.
Tax loading, for this group of payers in Belarus, on 3 - is higher than 4 orders, than in neighboring countries of the CIS. Except for that the analysis of the fact sheet has shown, that in the taxation of the agricultural organizations, уплачивающих the uniform tax in Belarus, the effect of the regressive taxation is observed: the above a cadastral estimation of the ground, the below tax loading.
In article offers on application of differentiated rates of the uniform tax for agriculture are developed, with the purpose of alignment of tax loading under condition of preservation of tax revenues in the budget and variants of optimization of structure of tax payments are considered.

Summary: In the article the economic substantiation of comparative advantages of agro-industrial integration and interactions of the partner-companies of flax-growing sub-complex is stated, the factors which promote and constrain the integration processes are formulated and systematized, the logic model of tools of stimulation of their realization is offered. The definition of mechanism of agro-industrial integration as a system of means, instruments which provide the unity of goals and directs the interests and actions of partner-enterprises for achievement of maximal results of joint efforts is offered. The classification of reasons for integration depending on internal and external factors is provided. The motives of integration are based, among which are the most important highlighted such as those aimed at improvement of management quality, reduction of transaction costs and production costs, provision of granted conditions for supply of resources and production sales, business risks compensation, as well as increase of technological level.
