Mechanism of the initial stage of the cement hardening. pp. 62-68

Summary: On the basis of thermodynamics of phase transformation and physical kinetics the mathematical model is developed and kinetic equations of an initial stage of hardening of cement are received. It is shown that the formation of a porous layer of hydrates on a surface of initial particles of cement predetermines diffusion the control of all processes, which have place at hardening. The adequacy of the received equations is confirmed by the literary sources.

Screening of basidiomycetes producing extracellular peroxidase. pp. 69-78

Summary: Screening of fungi for extracellular peroxidase production was carried out among 57 basidiomycete strains belonging to 33 species. It was found that 48 strains of 26 species are able to synthesize phenol-oxidizing enzymes. Investigation of phenol-oxidizing enzyme spectrum synthesized by the fungi demonstrated that representatives of genera Abortiporus, Daedaleopsis, Flammulina, Fomitopsis, Lentinus, Panellus, Phlebia, Pleurotus, Trametes generated exclusively laccases, while representatives of genera Inonotus and Phellinus produced laccases and peroxidases. Phellinus robustus K was selected as producer of extracellular peroxidase.

Mathematical modeling of meadow ecosystems. pp. 79-87

Summary: Using a main-trend notion of dynamic development of the same type ecosystems we give conception of mathematical closeness for ecosystems. It gives us an opportunity for construction of mathematical model of any system to use available experimental data of for all the same type ecosystems. Using this conception we construct the mathematical model of the Sozh meadow ecosystem.

Effect of substituting admixtures on the physical properties of Tl-2212. pp. 88-98

Summary: Fluorine and cerium substituted Tl-2212 high-Tc superconductor materials were produced. X-ray diffraction determined the homogeneity range for all substituted samples. Mossbauer effect method, temperature measuring of the resistances and a.c. susceptibilities for all Tl2Ba2Ca1-yCeyCu1.98Fe0.02O8-x/2Fx (0£x£0.2 and 0£y£0.1) were performed. It was found that the cerium admixture does not affect significantly the Tl-2212 superconductor properties. Fluorine admixture alone appreciably affects the value of superconducting transition temperature with the biggest increase in Tc of 10 K (for x=0.1-0.2). Substituting admixtures are not clearly exhibited in Mossbauer parameters, i.e. do not influence Fe-O bonding tangibly.

The peculiarities of arrangement and diagnostic characteristics of fossil resins of North Eurasia. pp. 99-107

Summary: The work is devoted to the study of the geological structure of the deposits and display of fossil resins on the territory of Eurasia which are of Cretaceous, Paleogene, Neogene and Quaternary age and are situated 40° to the North and of the pieces of fossil resins from the mineralogical collection of the Brest State University. The morphological peculiarities, the size, the mass, the colour, the colour of the line, the hardness and other physical qualities as well as the chemical composition of this fossil resins are investigated. The results of the research were compared with those ones received in Baltic Region and the Ukraine. The traits of likeness and difference of amber from various areas were found. Moreover the work gives the genetic types of the widespread deposits of fossil resins and their short characteristics. The work also solves the problems of the origin of amber and the formation of its accumulations in Quaternary deposits of Belarus.
