Characteristics of Xylose Isomerase of Escherichia coli and Erwinia carotovota subsp. atroseptica Inheriting Arthrobacter sp. Gene xylA. pp. 61-68
Summary: Properties of xylose isomerase produced by recombinant bacteria Escherichia coli HB101xylA and Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica jn42xylA, inheriting gene xylA of Arthrobacter sp. BIM B-5 were established. It was found that enzyme proteins of tested bacteria in native and denatured state, when compared to xylose isomerase of Arthrobacter sp. are characterized similar molecular weights and minor distinctions in main physical-chemical properties.

The sol-gel synthesis and luminescence behavior of mullite ceramic doped with chromium. pp. 85-91
Summary: The process of mullite synthesis doped with nanoparticles of oxide chromium on the base of sol-gel powders formed from boehmite and fumed silica has been study. The process of sintering sol-gel powders with CaO-B2O3-SiO2 as flux has been investigated. By RDA, IR-spectroscopy it was established that crystal mullite phase in ceramic samples with flux is formed actively at 1400°C. The luminescent spectra of ceramic samples have been measured. It was showed that the mullite doped with nanoparticles Cr2O3 is luminesced in region 680-1100 nm and luminescence intensity is depend on temperature and degree of compaction ceramic samples.

Electromagnetic properties of nanostructures. pp. 92-113
Summary: A new research discipline - nanoelectromagnetics, which embraces a wide class of phenomena inherent to the electromagnetic wave interaction with different nasnostructures, - is represented. A basic approach to the problems of nanoelectromagnetics is proposed synthesizing the present-day methods of the condensed matter physics, based on the quasi-particle concept, and the methods of classical electrodynamics of nonhomogeneous mediums. A review of the authors' theoretical and experimental studying of electromagnetic effects in nanostructures is carried out, such as the excitation and propagation of surface waves in carbon nanotubes, the role of finite-length effects, the atom spontaneous emission line broadening in the vicinity of nanotube, the peculiarities of the optical nonlinearity of nanotubes and the linear response of onion-like carbon composites, the local field impact on the quantum dot electromagnetic response in the weak and strong light-matter coupling regimes. The theoretical models developed allow proposing the physical schemes of the carbon nanotube use as monomolecular optoelectronic devices, such as surface wave waveguide in IR frequency range, monomolecular optical nanoantenna, the nanoantenna excitation device based on the Parcell effect for atoms in the nanotube vicinity. The problem is formulated and necessary conditions are determined for the design of the optical nanotube-based traveling wave tube. Potentiality of logic elements development for the quantum information processing on the basis of quantum dots in the strong light-matter coupling regime is discussed.

The effect of different components in composition for root systems on their properties. pp. 114-122
Summary: The effect of various filler and target additive concentrations on viscosity of composite polymer formulations based on water-soluble polymers has been studied. Introduction of target additives into the formulations changes their viscosity. The viscosity is broken by the formulations with additive concentrations up 0.10 mass%. Further increase in concentration reduces the viscosity. Introduction of the fillers of different origin varies viscosity independently of their concentration. Using coefficients of significance we defined the concentration of the composition that is beneficial for the maximum manifestation of the two criteria, namely, breaking strength and water-holding capacity.

Regularities of changes of sensomotoric reactions cryptic span on light and sound irritants of student-athletes under the impact of low frequency magnetic field. pp. 123-128
Summary: The role of influence of low frequency magnetic field in changes of latency period of sensomotoric reactions from sportsman's is described. Our experiment was confirmed that the low frequency of magnetic field influencing on blood systems of organisms promoted activation of endogenous reserves of organism, and rose of capacity for work. This method we are proposed to use in period to prepare of sportsmen to competition and from period of restoration.
