Spiritual-moral security of the up-to-date society: social and philosophical analysis. pp. 5--12

Summary: Spiritual-moral security is a necessary precondition to the stabilisation and enhancement of social relations. It is an important factor of stable development and humanisation of the social system. Basic notional meanings of the conception of "spiritual-moral security" have been analysed in the work on the categorial level, a defnition of this conception has been done. Main problems of the spiritual-moral evolution of the Belarusian society have been found in the context of challenges and threats of modern civilisation.

Summary: On the basis of intra-structural relationships of different entrepreneurial business organizational forms the author speci-fes such conceptions as "membership interrelations", "corporate relationships" used in the legal doctrine to characterize collective type organizations.

Convention 181 of International Labour Organization and rules of law for casual work agencies. pp. 31--34

Summary: This article is devoted to regulation of casual work agency on international and national levels. The author touches upon the history of casual work agencies development. Also the author analyses Convention 181 on Private Employment Agencies and it's implications to national legislation of ILO member states. The main conclusion is the necessity to develop effective legal regulation of casual work agencies in Belarus to fnd the balance between fexibility and protection of workers' rights.

Security in the sphere of the international intellectual migration. pp. 35--40

Summary: The particularities of the international intellectual migration in the Republic of Belarus are shown. Existing conceptual approaches to the security in the sphere of the international intellectual migration in some countries of the Central Eastern Europe and in the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. The measures to the further enforcement of the security in this sphere are proposed.

Dissipative state of the social-class structure as a factor impacting on the national social security. pp. 41--47

Summary: The infuence of dissipation as a social-class society structure property on the dynamics of the real social and economic systems development has been considered in the article. The objective opportunity of this infuence has been shown as well as it's mechanisms, borders and consequences. The social safety state level dependence on the balance of social and economic interests including productive, system, monopolistic and equalizing ones has been shown.

Improvement of the method to estimate the organization and technical creation level. pp. 48--52

Summary: At the present stage of economy development the special attention should be paid to the management of enterprises. The precise organization of labor process, application of progressive norms and specifcations are necessary to improve the modern production effciency. The conformity of work organization forms to the level of techniques and technologies development is the main precondition of the achievement the production effciency. Such methods give the opportunity to estimate production level more objectively and to plan the production rise as well as to stimulate the staff according to achieved results. They would promote the improvement technical and economical indexes of the labor such as the labor productivity, proft, proftability of manufacture, proftability of production.

The illegal activities on the Belarusian part of the Soviet-Polish borderland (1921--1939). pp. 53--61

Summary: The article is devoted to the main forms of the illegal activity on the Soviet-Polish border lands in 1921-1939: contraband, illegal crossing the border and participation in the illegal armed formations. Basing on documented materials the author has researched the origin and spreading scale of the illegal activity. In conditions of the economic crisis and rupture of personal relations the great part of borderland inhabitants participated in such activities. In the article differences of measures directed to the illegal activities elimination are also described. Polish authorities tried to restore economic, social and cultural life of the region, but on the Soviet Byelorussia borderland there was the territory of the total control the people.

Summary: This article presents some data to cataloguize problems described in Russian and Belarusian publications of different historical periods. The main idea has been mainly determined by common development stereotype of secondary education in Belarus in the second part of the XIX^th century including the political aspect, the lack of qualifed teachers, improper material and technical basis.

Summary: The condition of the information-library science and education maintenance in Belarus in the XIX century as well as the activity of libraries in the feld of the scientifc knowledge distribution are considered in the article.

Summary: The embodiment of characteristics and principles of the temporal and spatial designations have been considered in the article. They have been analyzed in works of Belarusian plastic and pictorial art of XVII--XVIII centuries.

Human's patrons and protectors in the East Slavic incantations. pp. 82--86

Summary: The fgures of the East Slavic incantations functioning as human's patrons and protectors from the negative supernatural powers have been investigated. The genetic connection of Christian fgures of the patrons and protectors with the Perun's motive on the base of the common has been shown.

Mythical poetical cosmogonical views of Belarusians. pp. 87--91

Summary: Cosmogonical views of Belarusians have been researched on the basis of Belarusian folklore. It has been emphasized that Belarusian folklore texts reveal the process of the cosmos origin, it's creation by the demiurge but also represent the results of this creation correlating with the surrounding world and agricultural labor.

LITERARY STUDIES

Anatol' Byarozka's poetry. pp. 92--97

Summary: The article is devoted to the analysis of West Belarusian poet's A. Byarozka spiritual and artistic search. This problem has not been studied before and remains unknown to the broad public. The author illustrates the peculiar features of the imagery artistic world and particular stylistic qualities of Byarozka's creative works. The philosophic and idealistic, spiritual and irrational character of his works have been mentioned. The poet concentrates his attention on the exploration of the soul and the psychological sense of nature, society and individual as well as on their connection with the actual social problems and contradictions of the reality.

Archetypicalness as a structural basis of the parable genre conceptualization. pp. 98--102

Summary: This article focuses on the analysis of the literary problem having both theoretical and practical signifcance. The author develops the conception of the research of small literary forms on the basis of imaginative and "idea-theme" structures of New Testament's parables of Jesus Christ. Archetypical images, motives, ideas of the biblical allegorical stories have been chosen and scrutinized there.

LINGUISTICS

Transformation of the M. Bahdanovich's poetic world vision in translations of his poems into Russian and English. pp. 103--110

Summary: The aim of the article is to compare the language of a number of M. Bahdanovich's poetic works with the language of their translations into Russian and English. Translations shows that semantics of universal concepts has the invariant to some extent core while the ways of it's verbalization have the personal character of the author-translator. The temporal and spatial remoteness of the author from his translators infuences to the way of M. Bahdanovich's poetic world picture embodiment, however the invariant part of the poet's world picture exists also.

Development of a quantitative technique of an estimation of diffculty perseption of educational texts for the higher school. pp. 111--115

Summary: In clause the basic development cycles of a quantitative technique for an estimation of diffculty of perception of the educational text for the higher school (on a material of texts in chemistry) are considered. With this purpose unequivocal functional dependence as the statistical formula connecting sizes of text parameters and success of understanding of the text has been determined. Creation of an objective technique will allow to give practical recommendations to authors of educational texts and editors of such texts on their optimization with a view of their more successful mastering.

Parcelling as a polyfunctional method of the stylistic syntax in Yanka Sipakou's creations. pp. 116--121

Summary: The attention is concentrated on the parcelling consideration as one of the expressive syntax methods in prosaic works writing by Yanka Sipakou. The specialties of author's using the parcelling in the creation of hero's language portraits as well as of the author's point of view and general mode of work are analyzed.
