State-political aspect of the Belarusian identity. pp. 5--11
Summary: In the article it is made an attempt to expound Belarusian identity beyond the sphere of language and culture of the past. The identity is bounded with the independence and considered as a project of the nation-state establishment. Also an aestheti-cal point of view is offered there. It is based on the imagination of the "stage" which is the nation of Belarusians and the "au-ditorium" which is other nations.

The problem of philosophical concept in the modern epistemology: language - refexion - consciousness. pp. 12--20
Summary: The article represents a construction to the development of the lingvo-analytical model of cultural sense production in acts of one’s philosophical refexion. It is necessary to substantiate it categorically and to promote it as a tool for interpreting philosophical discourses as textures of refective praxis which subordinates various modes, forms and situations to the reality of higher grade which is the cultural praxis of any thinking human.
Philosophical concept is considered as a component of the operational language of thinking which is perceived as pointing to some correspondent refectivity in such manner that the praxis either reproduced or perceived as an evident one.
The independence of model characteristics of the internal (refexive) and external (empirical) experience is based if the philosophical concept is concerned as the refection of expressiveness one’s internal language, and the language refexion is concerned as the transformation mechanism for primary autological notions into indicative structures of some text communication.

Counterculture: conceptions and defnitions. pp. 21--28
Summary: The work is dedicated to examination and analysis of theoretical structures created around the notion of "counterculture" in the sociological thought. Several fundamental theoretical paradigms that defne the sociological interpretation of this social and cultural phenomenon are singled out. To identify countercultural phenomena some qualitative criteria are adduced: stable cultural form (style), unique cultural visualization, specifc behavioral stereotypes, aggressive attitude towards the outer world.

Legal relationship objects in the forestry. pp. 29--34
Summary: The article is devoted to studying a question of the forest legal relations’ objects at the modern stage of the Belarusian legislation development. The attention is paid to problems of the conception of forest as the legal relations’ object and of the state forest stock’s structure. The modern ecological legislation, as well as the scientifc literature on these problems is analyzed. The author points out some defects and contradictions in the currentl legislation, and makes proposals to improve it.

Determinative national mechanism factors of the external economic legal regulation. pp. 35--40
Summary: Objective and subjective factors forming the national mechanism of the external economic relations legal regulation are reviewed. The author discovers peculiarities of such factors operation as world economic system and tendencies, geopolitical status of country, national economic model, national legal system, external political orientation of the state, state ideology and others.

The modern system of social security in the countries of Central and East Europe. pp. 41--46
Summary: The article is devoted to the analysis of the social security reforming in countries of the Central and Eastern Europe because it is important to the Belarusian sosial security development.
All components of the CEE countries social security were reformed: acts of the law, state institutions, retirement system, children’s allowances, doles, social insurance system.
Social security systems of such countries as Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland are considered in this paper.
During the period of the new social security system creation in Belarus the experience of these countries could be useful.

Global energetic tendencies and their impact to the Belarusian fuel & energy complex. pp. 47--52
Summary: Nowadays one of the global energy basic problems is a problem of the energy resourse depletion. There is no a single understanding of the global energy resourse prospects. Therefore for all countries, particularly for Belarus, the creation of the stable and relatively fool-proof conditions for energy supply is the actual problem. In the long-term outlook the search of alternative to oil and natural gas energy sources will be necessary.

The policy of Nazi occupation authorities in respect to Belarusian scientifc intellectuals. pp. 53--58
Summary: By use of different information sources the specifc features of the Nazi occupation policy in respect to Belarusian scien-tifc intellectuals are discovered.
Also the situation of the Belarusian scientifc intellectuals in occupation conditions and their reaction to the enemy’s invasion are considered there.

Priorities in the agricultural complex development in the Republic of Belarus. pp. 59--67
Summary: Countryside and agricultural production problems along with the agrarian reform course in the Republic of Belarus at the present stage are analyzed. Measures to raise the effectiveness of agriculture have been shown. A structural-production reorganization of the agricultural production is proposed. The priorities in the country’s agricultural complex development are analyzed.

Socio-economic organization of the Belarusian master’s manor (60-70s of the XIX). pp. 68--73
Summary: A proportion of capitalist employment and labor-rent in the manor’s farms in early 70-s of the XIX century is discovered on the basis of the archive region-to-region statistics more than a half of the Belarusian regions. There are presented many illustrations of socioeconomic organization of manor farming in the period under rewiew.

The miphologem of the sun in Belarusian epic tales and rites. pp. 74--78
Summary: Solar is one of the oldest pagan cults. Solar attributes are used to be necessary elements of Belarusian holidays and solar mythical creatures are characters of legends of Belarus. The sun helps to protect any person by means of solar images but it can to punish if the hero of tradition breaks the rules.

Zoomorphic images as representatives of natural phenomena in Slavic riddles. pp. 79--84
Summary: Images of domestic and wild animals as substitutes of natural phenomena are widely used in the riddles of Eastern and Western Slavs. It gives grounds to classify to the riddles on the subjects and de nomination principle according to both natural phenomena and animals as their metaphorical substitutes.

History in the melodrama genre. pp. 85--93
Summary: The genre form of the historical melodrama has a defnite set of elements and art relations which allows narrating about real events or real characters of the historical past. The historical melodrama’s specifcity consists in the original treatment of the historical background and epoch’s events as a number of fatal and fateful circumstances of life which infuences on the destiny of main heroes. A vivid example of the historical melodrama in the Belarusian cinematography is such flms as "Em-peror’s Romance (palace chronicle)" and "Damned cozy house".

Space images system in Ivan Navumenka’s novels "Pine-tree at the road", "The wind in pine-trees", "Forty third". pp. 94--98
Summary: The role of space images in the composition structure of Ivan Navumenka’s "war" trilogy is considered. Correlation between the hero’s world views and artistic space-time are investigated. The main attention is paid to the artistic world integrity of the writer.

K. Kalinouski’s person and activity in the Belarusian criticism (the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XXI hundred). pp. 99--104
Summary: Researches and appraisal of K. Kalinouski’s person and activity in the Belarusian criticism (end of XX - beginning of the XXI hundred) are analysed. A special attention is given to the scientifc discussion between well-known Belarussian scientists. Two distinctions in kind in apporoaches to K. Kalinousky as a fgure of Belarusian history and culture are revealed in the modern criticism.

Status of polysemantic names of the activity in East Slavic languages. pp. 111--122
Summary: The attention is concentrated on the status of verboids (multiword names of action with a desemantised component) in modern East-Slavonic languages. Verboids and word combinations, verboids and verbs, verboids and phraseological units are differentiated taking the mental-cognitive research principle’s stand and it’s derivations such as functional-semantic, onoma-siological, nominative-derivative principles.
