Ideology and its ontological reduction in the conditions of the contemporary social transformations. pp. 5--11

Summary: The ontological reduction of ideology gives a possibility to consider this spiritual and social phenomenon as an objective function of some concrete system of social relations and to reveal the functional derivation of ideological consciousness contrary to its widespread self-illusion. The ideological contradiction is a transformed form of social contradiction, however, social contradictions cannot be eliminated by ideological means only.

Historical approach in the M. Eliade's philosophy. pp. 12--20

Summary: The article concerns the concepts of myth and history as basic parts of Mircha Eliade's "archaic ontology" general concept. Main dominants of his system, such as archetype, "Ono time", ierophania, teophanya are analyzed. Antinomy character of myth and history concepts in Eliade's views is also showed in this work. We have concluded that the concept of the philosophy of history proposed by Eliade can be defined as annihilative.

Social structure of the Near East countries having raw material based economics. pp. 21--24

Summary: The specificity of the social structure of Near East countries having raw material based economics is showed. Specific conditions of the social stratification are revealed for rich oil monarchies such as Saudi Arabia. Also it is showed the difficult way of economic and human resources development for one of the poorest countries having begun the grave oil works which is Yemen. The paper is of interest for all people studying the modern East and taking of interest problems of social stratification in countries with multistructure economics.

The knowledge of law and problems of the criminal responsibility. pp. 25--30

Summary: The subject of the investigation is the efficiency improvement of the criminal law special part norms that regulate release from criminal responsibility. One of the main directions to use the positive potential of the special foundation institution is revealed here as the level of legal consciousness which is the most rational method to resolve criminal conflicts in the view of the criminal repression economy.

Summary: In this article it is comprehensively specified the problem of mutual relations between the person and state in the field of human rights. It is analyzed the scientific statements and conclusions of some authors concerning to many debatable problems of the theme. The particular interest is the analyses of the correlation between such concepts as "human rights", "individual rights", "civil rights" etc.

Perspectives of the motor transport service export in Belarus. pp. 46--51

Summary: In the paper it is determined the importance of motor transport in external economic affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The conditions of the international motor traffic realization are investigated. Motor transport service export data of 1996-2004 are analyzed. It is defined the security rate for the national motor transport market from foreign competition. Directions and tasks of national policy relating to international motor transport are designated.

Natives of Belarus among Polish prisoners of war in the USSR (September, 1939 - June, 1941). pp. 52--61

Summary: First time in the Belarusian historiography on basis of the contemporary Russian and Polish war and historic literature the author tells about the fate of Belarusian soldiers in the Polish Army which were interned in the territory of the USSR in consequence of Poland defeat in September, 1939. It is made the attempt to elucidate reasons and circumstances of our compatriots getting into Soviet prison camps. Conditions of their imprisonment and official position of Soviet administration concerns to Polish soldiers, the behavior of Belarusian people during their imprisonment and Belarusian people number among Polish soldiers in the USSR during 1939-1941 are presented.

Summary: On the wide statistical data it is analyzed the development of distillery production in Belarus during the 60s - 70s of the 19^th century. A new excise system for distillation is considered along with its consequences, structure and the nature of distillery production, raw material supply markets, marketing outlets.

Summary: At first on the base of the factual material the origin and development process of Belarusian teachers mutual assistance societies in late XIX -- early XX century is examined. Their structure and composition, the specific functions of governing bodies and officials, forms and methods of charitable activity are considered.

The Belarusian material culture in proceedings of Polish ethnographers in the XIX and the 1^st half of the XX century. pp. 92--96

Summary: The article has a historiographic character. It is devoted to the insufficiently studied problem of the Belarusian material culture investigation by Polish ethnographers during XIX - first half of the XX century. It is showed the change of the kind of Polish sources which took place in the different periods of the development of Polish ethnography. It concludes that there are three basic stages of the studying of the Belarusian traditional material culture by the Polish ethnographers.

Poetic style of the Ales' Ryazanov creative search. pp. 97--102

Summary: The subject of the research is analysis of Ales Razanau's poetic texts of middle 1970th from the point of view of their inner setup, semiotic relations, genre and stylistic peculiarities of poetics style on the example of the book ((Co-ordinates of the Existence". The main way to consider Razanau's works is the way from formal analysis of the poetic line, from analysis of symbolic and imagery means to singling out certain peculianties of text creation and patterns over wich Razanau's poetic system developed.

The category of the "scientific character" in E. Zolya's art system. pp. 103--110

Summary: The methodology of E. Zola's art of fiction is studied in the article. The theme of investigation is determined by using of the term "naturalism" and its dogmatic significance in description of Zola's esthetics and creation. On the range of illustrative examples from books, letters and papers it is concluded that Zola's authentic using of the concept "naturalism" is a formal case and originally "naturalism" has been actualized as an adequate scheme to reflect the issue of universal structure of synthesis as a "natural" one.

Summary: The article is devoted to the analysis of dialect emotional and estimate verbs, which pragmatic meaning is explicated by radical morphemes. Classification of these radicals is given.

Dialectical phraseologisms with archaic components. pp. 117--121

Summary: Old structural elements of phraseologisms of the Belarusian dialect language are analysed. The lexic archaisation influence on the phraseological system is shown. The role of archaic components in the strengthening of steadiness and expressiveness of phraseologisms is defined.
