Classification of methodological approaches in designing of strategical actions on sales of agricultural products and provisions, which choice defines final results of enterprises activity on target is basing. In this connection basic directions of formation of sales strategy are proposing, which presents one of the most important conditions of rising financial stability of commodity producers. Principles, factors and criterions of optimal methods of distribution products in AIC are basing also as particularities of holding of strategical analysis and control, that provides effective realization choosing sales politics.

Summary: Today trust is regarded as an effective instrument of organization of property relations. It is actual in strategic management approach, it means qualified management of property using private business (trustee). It is necessary if the property owner doesn't have enough management skills to achieve an effective business-running or if the property owner has a lot of various and dispersed objects that needs to be managed so he (she) isn't able to ensure an effective management of all the objects or if his (her) interests are out of management, etc.
